The PRS Astryx Limited Edition marks Dany Villarreal’s first signature model, taking the legendary Custom 24 platform and giving it a distinctly personal identity. Limited to just 200 guitars worldwide for 2026, with only 8 coming to Canada, the Astryx is a genuinely rare release celebrating the lead guitarist and co-founder of The Warning.
At its core is everything that makes a great Custom 24: a 10-Top figured maple top over mahogany, 24-fret Pattern Thin mahogany neck, Gen III tremolo, Phase III locking tuners, and PRS DMO humbuckers. Villarreal’s version adds an ebony fretboard with the exclusive Solecito (“Little Sun”) inlay and the incredible Ocaso (“Sunset”) finish — a dramatic fade through purple, pink, orange, and yellow inspired by her Mexican heritage and the model’s celestial theme.
With only eight allocated to Canada, the Astryx sits well outside a typical production PRS release. Each example also includes an autographed backplate and PRS ATA molded case, making this an especially collectible piece for PRS enthusiasts, The Warning fans, and anyone looking for a Custom 24 you simply won’t see very often.
