The Novo Serus J Custom in Cadillac Green blends vintage inspired offset design with Novo’s unmistakably modern Nashville approach. From the tempered woods to the hardware choices, everything about this build feels intentional and player focused. It captures the spirit of old school American guitars while delivering the refinement, feel, and personality that has made Novo one of the most respected boutique builders in the game.
Cadillac Green is one of those finishes that feels timeless the moment you see it. Paired with the matching headstock, nickel P90 covers, black witch hat knobs, and classic 4-ply T-shell pickguard, this Serus J strikes a perfect balance between elegance and attitude. The extra light distress treatment gives it the comfortable, broken in feel of a well-loved instrument while preserving the clean, custom-built appearance that makes it stand out.
The tempered pine body gives the guitar a lively, resonant character with plenty of openness and snap, while the tempered maple neck and ebony fingerboard add clarity, attack, and a smooth playing feel. The Fralin P90s deliver everything you could want from a great set of single coils: rich cleans, punchy mids, articulate note separation, and plenty of growl when pushed. Combined with the Mastery M1 bridge and NV vibrato with Lightning Bolt arm, this Serus J feels expressive, responsive, and incredibly addictive to play.
