Novo Guitars Serus J Custom | Inca Burst

The Novo Serus J Custom has a way of feeling instantly familiar while still being unmistakably Novo. It takes the best ideas from classic American offset guitars and refines them with thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and an obsessive attention to detail. This one wears Inca Burst, a seriously cool take on a traditional burst, fading from a warm metallic silver centre into deep black around the edges. Novo’s Medium distressing suits it perfectly, with the worn finish exposing the tempered pine underneath and giving the guitar the look of an instrument that’s already lived a few decades. Paired with the matching headstock, black 3-ply pickguard, nickel hardware and beautifully figured tempered maple neck, the whole thing just works.
