Built in Poland by Mayones’ master luthiers, this brand-new 5-string blends boutique craftsmanship with forward-thinking electronics in a sleek, minimalist design.
Loaded with the new Mayones Velvetrone® Stark humbuckers and the powerful Musashi Nitōryū 3-band preamp, the Mala Due 5 delivers exceptional clarity, punch, and tonal flexibility. From articulate studio tones to commanding stage presence, it responds instantly to the player’s touch, with push-pull active/passive operation for maximum versatility.
A standout feature is the built-in headphone amp and AUX input, powered by a rechargeable internal power supply with USB-C charging, making this bass equally suited for silent practice, recording, or live performance. Finished in Federico Malaman’s preferred RAW aesthetic with an Eye Poplar top and a fast, comfortable neck profile, the Mala Due 5 is a modern boutique bass designed without compromise.
