This Ernie Ball Music Man JP15 Quilt in Green Tiger Eye is the perfect balance of aggression and elegance. The quilt maple top has incredible depth, with rich emerald and golden undertones that shift under light, giving it that three-dimensional, almost liquid look across the body.
The true showstopper here is the roasted master-grade flame maple neck and fingerboard. The flame is outrageously tight and consistent from end to end — the kind of figuring you rarely see this clean on both the neck and board. Beyond the visuals, the roasting process enhances stability and resonance, and the hand-rubbed oil and wax finish delivers that smooth, ultra-fast JP feel.
Built to John Petrucci’s exacting specs, this JP15 features a lightweight okoume body, stainless-steel frets, and a set of DiMarzio Illuminator humbuckers for articulate cleans and tight, controlled high-gain tones. The JP floating trem and onboard piezo system add serious versatility for players who demand both electric punch and acoustic texture.
