From soaring lead work and crushing high-gain rhythm tones to convincing acoustic sounds, it's the kind of instrument that makes you forget about bringing a backup guitar.
Built to John Petrucci's exacting specifications, everything about the JP15 is engineered for effortless performance. The lightweight okoume body keeps it incredibly comfortable, while the roasted figured maple neck with its oil and wax finish has that fast, broken-in feel players rave about. Stainless steel frets, a sculpted neck joint, and the flat 17" radius make technical playing feel almost effortless.
The pair of DiMarzio Illuminator humbuckers deliver exceptional clarity whether you're running pristine cleans or saturated high-gain tones, while the onboard Fishman piezo system adds convincing acoustic textures at the flick of a switch. Finished with a beautifully figured quilt maple top, the JP15 doesn't just perform at an elite level; it looks every bit the part.
