Suhr Classic S – Modern Performance, Vintage Soul
This Suhr Classic S takes the unmistakable feel and character of a classic Fender Stratocaster and pushes it into modern territory. The 2-piece alder body and maple neck are paired with an Indian rosewood fingerboard and Suhr’s sleek Even C Slim neck carve. A pair of ML Standard single coils delivers all the clarity, snap, and glassy character you want, while the SSV humbucker adds extra muscle and versatility at the bridge. Suhr’s SSC system keeps things quiet without sacrificing the character of the pickups.
Stainless steel frets, a Gotoh 510 2-post tremolo, and Sperzel locking tuners give it the effortless playability and rock-solid performance Suhr does so well. Finished in a timeless 3 Tone Burst, it’s a no-compromise take on the Fender Stratocaster formula; vintage where it counts, modern where it matters.
