The USA Dunable Gnarwhal 7 String isn’t just another extended-range build — it’s part of Dunable’s first-ever 7-string run, the models that debuted at NAMM and officially launched the brand into extended-range territory. These were the guitars that marked a new era for Dunable, and early examples like this are the ones players and collectors pay attention to.
The Trans Purple Burst finish has a smooth look to it, while the burl maple top gives it a more aggressive, high-end aesthetic without feeling overdone.
It’s tight, controlled, and built to handle low tuning without getting muddy. The Grizzly pickups hit hard but stay clear under every amount of gain, and the whole guitar feels solid and balanced in your hands, whether standing up or sitting down. It’s straightforward in the best way: Nothing gets in your way, it looks incredible, and fulfills all your extended range needs.
