PRS SE Chleo – Herman Li Signature Electric Guitar

The PRS SE Chleo is the result of an exclusive collaboration between PRS Guitars and award-winning guitarist Herman Li of DragonForce. Based on the 2025 PRS Chleo Limited Edition, this SE signature model was designed with the modern metal guitarist in mind, combining speed, comfort, and versatility in a lightweight, high-performance build.

The SE Chleo features a maple top, mahogany back, maple neck, and ebony fretboard. Its sculpted body carve keeps it exceptionally thin and lightweight for long playing sessions, while the specially designed neck and joint make it fast and comfortable. The neck is very thin front-to-back with a slightly taller playing surface and a 20” fretboard radius, reinforced with high-modulus carbon fiber rods for added strength and sustain. Distinctive details include Eclipse Dragon inlays, a modified PRS scoop for effortless upper-fret access, and a Floyd Rose locking tremolo that stays stable under the most demanding performance conditions.

Equipped with Fishman Fluence Signature Series Omniforce Herman Li pickups, the PRS SE Chleo delivers three distinct voices and up to 13 tone combinations. The copper-free layered PCB design ensures consistency and no-hum operation, while the flexible switching system covers everything from fat, aggressive rhythm tones to smooth leads, soaring screams, and crystal-clear single-coil sounds. The intuitive control layout makes it easy to switch tones on the fly, whether you’re using high-gain tube amps, modern amp modelers, or DAW plugins.
