The PRS Custom 24 is the guitar that started it all, and this Sprayer's Choice build pushes that platform further. Built around a flame maple select top with a natural mahogany back and East Indian Rosewood appointments, it pairs the most familiar guitar in the PRS catalog with a finish that needs to be seen to be believed.
Sprayer's Choice means the PRS finishing team worked without a template, without a formula, and without the safety net of a repeatable process. This one, Cherry Coke Colorshift Sparkle, is proof of what that freedom produces.
The top runs red into orange into bronze across a sparkle finish that does not sit still under light. Move the guitar and the flake shifts toward gold, throwing warmth in one angle and depth in the next.
The rest of the guitar delivers exactly what a Custom 24 should. The Pattern Thin mahogany neck feels fast and immediate while the East Indian Rosewood fretboard brings a warmer tone to the table. The DMO pickups stay clear and articulate from clean to high gain. Sprayer's Choice rarely produces a finish this alive. Absolutely stunning.
