The PRS Custom 24-08 takes the legendary foundation of the Custom 24 and adds even more tonal flexibility. With its maple top, mahogany back and neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard, and comfortable 25” scale length, this guitar delivers the playability and craftsmanship PRS is known for.
Equipped with PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo and Phase III tuners with wing buttons, the Custom 24-08 offers rock-solid tuning stability and smooth performance. The standout feature is its TCI pickups, designed for a rich, articulate tone that captures elements of both single-coil and soapbar-style sounds. The dual EQ mini-toggle switches refine the high-end response, enhancing clarity and musicality by filtering out unwanted low-end frequencies.
Originally developed for the Private Stock John McLaughlin model, these EQ switches add a unique dimension to an already iconic instrument. Whether you're after classic PRS tones or new sonic possibilities, the Custom 24-08 is a powerhouse built for any playing style.
