We personally selected the woods for this Custom 24 from the \u003cstrong\u003ePRS Private Stock Vault\u003c\/strong\u003e, and the combination of the incredible Curly Maple figuring, Sub-Zero Dragon's Breath finish and Chrysocolla stone inlays is absolutely spectacular. Every element was chosen to work together, and the finished guitar is even more impressive than we imagined.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003eCurly Maple top\u003c\/strong\u003e is outrageous. The \u003cstrong\u003eSub-Zero Dragon's Breath\u003c\/strong\u003e finish transitions from an almost black, deep ocean blue around the upper edges into electric turquoise and icy blue across the lower half. The figuring is exceptionally consistent, running across the entire top with incredible definition. Against the natural golden tones of the \u003cstrong\u003eAfrican Mahogany back\u003c\/strong\u003e, the contrast is insane. It's a completely different guitar when you turn it over, and we absolutely love that.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThen there's the \u003cstrong\u003eCurly Maple neck\u003c\/strong\u003e, stained in a matching Sub-Zero Fade. This is easily one of the standout features of the entire build. The flame runs beautifully from the heel all the way through the headstock, with the same deep blues transitioning into bright turquoise. Paired with the Curly Maple fingerboard, the amount of figuring throughout this guitar is ridiculous. And the \u003cstrong\u003eChrysocolla stone birds\u003c\/strong\u003e, outlined in Jett Onyx, could not have been a better choice. The natural turquoise and black patterns in the stone tie directly into the finish, with a matching Chrysocolla Private Stock Eagle completing the headstock.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eUnderneath all of that is a serious Custom 24: \u003cstrong\u003ePattern Thin neck, DMO pickups, five-way switching, Gen III tremolo and Phase III locking tuners\u003c\/strong\u003e, all finished in Smoked Black hardware.
